8 days from purchase for most items. Unopened items only for electronics. Extended warranty purchases have separate terms.
Returnable Items
Electronics, cameras, appliances, and most products can be returned if unopened. Defective items can be exchanged even if opened.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened electronics (unless defective), consumables, software, and customized items cannot be returned. Points earned are deducted.

Return to any Yodobashi store with receipt. Online orders can be returned in-store. Gold Point Card members have easier lookup.
